Local catering demand, found early

Every event near your store, months before it happens.

CaterRadar finds the schools, churches, chambers, employers and venues in your trade area that are already planning events — then hands your marketing team a ranked list of who to call, and by when.

What an operator gets

A ranked queue

Every event in your trade area scored 0–100 on how sellable it actually is — not on how many people attend. A 40-person board meeting you can close outranks a 15,000-person parade you can only stand near.

The name to call

The published contact at each organization, and which role actually authorizes a food order. At a school that is almost never the principal — it is the bookkeeper.

A contact-by date

Event date minus the lead time that kind of sale really needs. Catered meals get bid six weeks out. Miss the window and the event is already booked with someone else.

Venue catering policy

Which venues allow outside caterers, which have exclusive contracts, and which run closed approved-caterer lists. This is the difference between a good call list and a wasted month.

How it works

  1. We map your trade areaYour store address sets the radius. Everything inside it becomes a source: two school districts, the chamber, parks and recreation, churches, colleges, museums, sports complexes, large employers.
  2. We harvest every published calendar in itThen we verify each event against its source, estimate headcount and daypart, identify the decision-maker, and check whether the venue will even let a caterer through the door.
  3. Your team works a private queueHosted at your own store-numbered address, password protected, refreshed as new events publish. No software to install and nothing for your staff to learn.

From the first market we mapped

146
events found in one quarter
62
organizations, contacts attached
32
priority opportunities
25
ruled out by venue policy

One north Georgia county, September through December. Every event traced to a published source. The 25 ruled out matter as much as the 32 kept — those are the weeks your team would otherwise have spent chasing venues that cannot buy from you.

Operator access

Already onboarded?

Your queue lives at your own store number. Access is password protected at the server — if you need your credentials, get in touch.

Who it is for & what it costs

Franchise and multi-unit restaurant operators

Anyone running a single store or a small group who sells catering into their local community and has someone on staff to work a call list.

Pricing is not set yet

We are establishing it with our founding operators, against what a store's local marketing budget can actually carry. If you would like to be one of them, get in touch — early markets are being mapped now.
